Qualification of P.U. FOAM

 

1. Thermal Resistivity

                FOAMDEE P.U. FOAM has the structure of close cell that able to block heat for more than 90% as well as able to prevent heat coming from external environment, and also be able to block the heat transfer from roof into internal area of building by conducting, convecting, and radiating productively

2. Water Leaking

                According to the structure of close cell which help in block the transfer and seep of water, so that it would not create the problem of vermin, fungus, and unfavorable odor.


3. Acoustical Resistance

                FOAMDEE P.U. FOAM has the structure of close cell that able to block noise for more than 70 decibel as well as noise from external environment and internal sound such as studio, generator room, convention room, cinema, etc. effectively.

 4. Resistance To Water Penetration

                Able to distinguish heat and cold from material’s surface and resulting in the absence of vapor creation in case that the humidity in the air is blocked and unable to penetrate through the surface of material.                                          

5. Corrosion & Chemical Resistance

                FOAMDEE P.U. FOAM is able to resist for acid and base, and not dissolve in benzene, thinner, diesel, lubricant, or other solvent.

 6. Fire Retardant

                FOAMDEE P.U. FOAM has an ingredient of inflammable substrate and it would not becoming fuel when fired and it would be burned partially only.

  7. Energy Saver

                FOAMDEE P.U. FOAM is able to save the light energy for 40% as well as able to solve the problem of seepage of the roof or cracked of building resulting from the heat transfer and long life span.
